The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 239 Kearney St., Cincinnati was sold on Feb. 18 by Molly E Sullivan for $290,000. The buyers were Cody Levi and Angela Egner.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 10, 2021. It last sold for $224,000.

So far in February 2022, 177 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 239 Kearney St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joshua Franklin Wilford, 34, Catherine K Wilford, 65, and Jerome Scott Wilford, 64.
