On Feb. 11, Pretium Investments LLC sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 922 Summit Ave., Cincinnati to Kenford Peli for $242,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 27, 2019 for $52,000.

This property is one of 177 sales so far in Cincinnati in February 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 922 Summit Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Camella M Roberts, 51, and Shannon Lee Ward, 48.
