The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1352 Cryer Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Feb. 16 by William A. and Katherine Romanowicz for $750,000. The buyers were Alexandra and William Brunner Lento.

This home last sold on June 9, 2017 for $644,455.

So far in February 2022, 177 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Katherine Christian Romanowicz has been registered to vote since 2008. William Albert Romanowicz has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
