Is your student at Chardon High School still uncertain of their future plans?
CHS would love to introduce your student to the CREW!
The CREW career-based program at Chardon High School invites CHS parents/guardians and students to attend an informational meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 6:30PM in Room 1 (high school library). The meeting will provide an overview of all that the CREW has to offer.
The CREW is a one-of-a-kind program designed to focus on helping students make a plan for their future. Students learn and earn, while also meeting state graduation requirements — all at the same time.
Advised and taught by CHS faculty members Tracey Britt and Kim Butala, the CREW focuses on all career options while helping students experience as much as they can within the workforce.
"We have a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing lab that is supported by industry partners," stated Mrs. Butala. "We are working to continue to build our mentorships and pre-apprenticeships with local businesses so that students can "learn while they earn" an income.
If you have questions prior the March 3 meeting or are interested but cannot attend the meeting, please contact Mrs. Butala at kim.butala@chardonschools.org or Mrs. Britt at tracey.britt@chrdonschools.org.
