Logan Investment Properties LLC acquires 65 S. Avondale Ave., Columbus

On March 1, A an M Properties LLC sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 65 S. Avondale Ave., Columbus to Logan Investment Properties LLC for $300,000.

This home last sold on May 27, 2014 for $87,500.

So far in March 2022, 19 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 65 S. Avondale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mark Timothy Santillana, 51, and Jefferey M Steele, 55.
