On March 1, Aaron and Patty J. Appleton sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 14861 Lawmont St., N. Lawrence to Levi Hunter Oney and Danate Breanna for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,824.94, 0.85% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in North Lawrence as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Patty Jean Appleton (50) has been registered to vote since 1997.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
