On Feb. 15, Sarai D Makni and Jared and Sarai Makni Rigsby sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 4482 Chandler Drive, Whitehall to Baf 3 LLC for $220,000.

The last time this home sold was June 18, 2019. It last sold for $154,000.

So far in February 2022, five properties sold in Whitehall.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 4482 Chandler Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brittany D Gordon, 32, Timothea G Johnson, 54, Everett W Johnson, 63, and Everett Isiah Johnson, 26.
