Pricing for the median home in Dublin increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Dublin rose by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,500 - a 31.9% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Dublin in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
