February 2022: Home prices in Massillon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Massillon rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 4.7% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Massillon in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
