February 2022: Springboro experienced a 18.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Springboro rose by $45,950 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,500 - a 18.8% increase over the $244,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Springboro in February 2021.
