Ephrem Birku Tefera acquires 5530 Kirby Ave., Cincinnati

On Feb. 25, Glorycliff Properties VI Ltd. sold their commercial property at 5530 Kirby Ave., Cincinnati to Ephrem Birku Tefera for $200,000.

This property is one of 384 sales so far in Cincinnati in February 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 5530 Kirby Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shaylah E Riley, 34, Dante T Williams, 44, Sandra L Johnson, 78, Donnie Rea Williams, 75, Constance M Holtz, 76, and Joe Evans, 60.
