On Jan. 25, Obcct Northshore LLC purchased a six bedroom, four bathroom home at 111 S. Professor St., Oberlin from Oberlin Property Group LLC for $3,075,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,659.64, 0.09% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Oberlin.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 111 S. Professor St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rebecca Naomi Fulop, 40, Nancy S Finke, 79, and David H Finke, 80.
