On Jan. 25, Obcct Northshore LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 257 Elm St., Oberlin from Oberlin Property Group LLC for $3,075,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,066.04, 0.13% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Oberlin.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 257 Elm St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jason M Belitsky, 46, Kristina M Deckert, 33, James a Bentley, 43, Dianne E Ripley, 86, Clarence a Ripley, 87, and Evangeline Marcella Heiliger, 44.
