On March 9, Katrina M. and Matthew S. Judd and Katrina M Lancour sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 7495 Morse Road, New Albany to Emily A. and Joshua L. Fasnacht for $360,000.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 14, 2005. It last sold for $135,000.

This property is the only sale in New Albany so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Katrina M Judd has been registered to vote since 2009. Matthew Steven Judd has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
