41 Cypress Ave., Columbus acquired by Huggard Homes LLC

On March 9, Huggard Homes LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 41 Cypress Ave., Columbus from Legacy Home Investments LLC for $139,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 15, 2022 for $127,500.

This property is one of 60 sales so far in Columbus in March 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 41 Cypress Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Krystyna L Walls, 29, and Tina M Walls, 51.
