Jacob-James Properties LLC acquires 2519 Ida Ave., Norwood

On March 1, Zoot Austin M & Doris Singer purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 2519 Ida Ave., Norwood from Jacob-James Properties LLC for $440,000.

This home last sold for $150,000 on Sept. 4, 2020.

So far in March 2022, three properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2519 Ida Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tamra Monique Martin, 38, and Eric Dale Foster, 36.
