On March 11, High Point Development LLC purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1209 S. Champion Ave., Columbus from Charles A. and Rhonda Jones for $172,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,231.48, 0.71% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 35 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Charles a Jones has been registered to vote since 2007. Rhonda Jones has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
