If you have a child who will be 5 years old by August 1, 2022 you may begin registration on March 21, 2022 through Final Forms. Click the Parent/Students heading on home page and then click Online Forms to begin. You will need to create an account unless you have other students already attending Jefferson Local Schools. Feel free to upload any documents needed during online registration. Below are the documents required for registration.
Birth Certificate
Shot Records
Proof of Residency - utility bill (gas, electric, water) or copy of lease
Custody Papers, if applicable
