On March 9, Christopher Almon and Kelsie Michelle Redd Holley purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 412 Bradley Ave., Reading from James Blust for $119,900.

The last time this home sold was March 29, 2010. It last sold for $12,500.

This property is one of four sales so far in Reading in March 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 412 Bradley Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christine S Simpson, 52, and Robert a Simpson, 55.
