5650 Glenview Ave., Cincinnati unloaded by Luz Maria Gomez-Savina

The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5650 Glenview Ave., Cincinnati was sold on March 2 by Luz Maria Gomez-Savina for $244,000. The buyers were Isaac Joel and Emily Sites Karns Karns.

This home last sold on Nov. 4, 2016 for $165,000.

So far in March 2022, 72 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 5650 Glenview Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Luz Maria Gomez Savina, 67, Nathan a Frisch, 32, and Stephen Robert Hill, 34.
