On March 7, Wedge Integrity LLC Series 1 LLC (doing business as 1740 queen city ) purchased a commercial property at 1740 Queen City Ave., Cincinnati from Swewat LLC for $365,000.

So far in March 2022, 72 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 1740 Queen City Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elisabeth Mary Helton, 21, Sedric a Harvey, 31, Kelsey Alexis Shea Harvey, 28, Richard a Harvey, 52, Brandon a Foster, 34, Earl L Howard, 67, and Calea M Cross, 29.
