On March 9, Vision Property Investments LLC sold their commercial property at 1801 Kinney Ave., Cincinnati to Vickie L. and Danyell L Washington for $180,000.

This commercial property last sold on Dec. 1, 2008 for $42,901.

So far in March 2022, 72 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 1801 Kinney Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexia Fugway, 40, Aaron Calaway, 42, Denise Michelle Vernon, 49, Idabelle Bernadette Smith, 62, Rickisha S Coston, 38, and Lashonda Catreece McGee Mathews, 52.
