Home prices decreased in Covedale during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Covedale fell by $44,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 28.6% decrease over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Covedale in February 2021.
