Pricing for the median home in Harrison increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Harrison rose by $22,250 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $183,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Harrison in February 2021.
