Pricing for the median home in Miami Township increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Miami Township rose by $165,001 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 97.1% increase over the $169,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Miami Township in February 2021.
