Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County, OH, will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution on the 30th day of March, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., in the Commissioners Room, 2nd Floor, Clinton County Courthouse, 46 S. South St., Wilmington, Ohio 45177. The proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution of Clinton County, Ohio, is the modification of Section 10.04 Notice and Removal.
The proposed amendment involves consideration of a textual change of CCZR Section 10.04 entitled ‘Notice and Removal’. The proposed text can be found on the Clinton County Building and Zoning Department website. Docket #RZC 2022-3
Written suggestions or objections to the revision of said proposed amendment may be filed either at the Zoning Department prior to the hearing or presented to the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission at the hearing.
