On March 18, John P. Edmundson III and Lisa Edmundson sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3822 Pendent Lane, Columbus to Olympus Borrower LLC for $301,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 3, 2015 for $102,500.

So far in March 2022, 196 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lisa L Edmundson (48) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
