On March 14, Shewango LLC sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 1047 Rosemont Ave., Cincinnati to Monteros Fernando and Marcela De Los for $137,960.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 18, 2020. It last sold for $84,000.

So far in March 2022, 256 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1047 Rosemont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Juqucetta Reene Mitchell, 28, Kimberly Banks, 25, Robina Bowden, 62, and Darrell James Warner, 41.
