On March 22, Daniel Grodek purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 301 Central Ave., Lockland from Luke McGlaun for $145,000.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Lockland in March 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kelly Marie Loukinas, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 301 Central Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
