Pricing for the median home in Brooklyn increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Brooklyn rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,500 - a 20.2% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Brooklyn in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,031, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
