Home prices increased in Parma during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Parma rose by $11,050 while total sales decreased by 60.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 7.6% increase over the $145,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Parma in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
