On March 28, Arvm 5 LLC sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 8691 Bobolink Drive, Springfield Township to Armim Asset Co. 1 LLC for $220,155.

This home last sold for $135,000 on Nov. 15, 2021.

So far in March 2022, 45 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Diane Watson, 75, was the only registered voter residing at 8691 Bobolink Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
