Fairfield County has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by Columbus C.E.O. Magazine Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection. “We are honored to be selected as a Top Workplace by Columbus CEO. Recruitment and retention are a key focus for every organization today. The ability to better understand what matters to our employees helps to create a supportive workplace that offers value and meaning. This award is a reflection of the commitment and dedication that all of our public servants demonstrate every day. This is truly a team effort, and we will continue to cultivate and promote a culture of serving, connecting, and protecting,” said Commission President, Jeffrey Fix. Fairfield County has over 900 team members providing social services, law enforcement, court administration and prosecution, water and sewer services, road and bridge maintenance and inspection, economic and workforce development, and general county administration and public service.
