General Information
The Planning Commission reviews all site plans, lot splits, Conditional Zoning Certificate requests, and subdivision plats as well as other land use activities and projects. Should you have any questions, please call the Planning Commission Clerk at 330.562.9564.
Meetings
The Aurora Planning Commission meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 130 S. Chillicothe Road, Aurora, Ohio 44202. Please note that a representative must be present at the meeting for the project to be considered.
