Notice is herebygiven that the Ashtabula City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY,October 17, 2022, at 6:00 P.M., in Council Chambers located on the 1st floor ofthe Ashtabula City Municipal Building, at 4717 Main Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio,44004, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72 titled, “Alternativeprocedures and requirements for creating joint economic development district”to allow for public comments and recommendations regarding the followingcontract and district:
7th AMENDMENTTO THE JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT(J.E.D.D.) CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASHTABULA ANDASHTABULA TOWNSHIP - Parcel No.03-055-00-002-00
Per ORC 715.72,the required documents shall be available for public inspection in the City ofAshtabula, Office of the Clerk of Council.
