The Deputy City Manager has authorized the opening of an emergency severe weather shelter for the nights of Monday, November 28, through the morning of Thursday, December 1, 2022. The shelter will be located at Pioneer Hall, 73 Winburn Way, Ashland.
Doors will open at Pioneer Hall each night at 5 p.m. starting on Monday November 28. The doors will close for the night at 9 p.m. with lights out at 10 p.m. The shelter will close each morning at 9 a.m. This will be a no-frills shelter, Individuals should plan on providing their own bedding. Well behaved pets will be welcomed.
