The Ashtabula City Council will hold a Pre-Council Meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. in accordance with the Ashtabula Municipal Charter Section 10 titled “TIME OF MEETING; RULES; JOURNAL.” This meeting is accessible to the public in person, via live stream on the City of Ashtabula’s website www.cityofashtabula.com, City of Ashtabula’s Facebook Page www.facebook.com/COAOhio, and aired on Spectrum Channel 1024.
