Thomas Massie, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky’s 4th district since 2012, recently shared his perspectives on various issues through social media posts. Massie has been vocal about policy changes and government actions that align with his legislative priorities.
On January 22, 2025, Thomas Massie expressed relief over the suspension of a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for legal immigrants. He stated, "I have a bill to end the COVID jab mandate for legal immigrants, but Trump just suspended the mandate. Hallelujah!"
The following day, on January 23, 2025, Massie questioned a recent appointment within the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). He commented on social media about the new Chief of Staff at USDA by saying, " Seed oil lobbyist will be Chief of Staff at USDA."
Later that same day, Massie acknowledged support from fellow congressman Abe Hamadeh regarding legislation aimed at auditing the Federal Reserve. In his post he said: "Thank you to @RepAbeHamadeh for cosponsoring my bill to audit the Federal Reserve, HR 24. The American people benefit when we work to increase government transparency."
