Thomas Massie, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky’s 4th district since 2012, has been vocal on various issues through his social media platform. On January 23, 2025, Massie introduced a legislative proposal and shared his stance on gun rights. Two days later, he voiced his opinion on the pardon of Edward Snowden and subsequently shared an idea from a young constituent regarding tax policy.

On January 23, Thomas Massie announced the introduction of HR 645, known as the National Constitutional Carry Act. He emphasized that "no one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country." "Today, I introduced HR 645..."

In another statement made on January 24, Massie called for former President Trump to pardon Edward Snowden. He referred to Snowden as "a national hero for exposing egregious violations of the Constitution by the Bush and Obama administrations." "President Trump should pardon Edward Snowden..."

On January 26, Massie shared an idea proposed by a young Boy Scout concerning tax policy for minors. The suggestion was "no taxes on workers under 18 yrs old," which Massie supported because it would allow youths to gain experience and develop work ethics without financial burden while also benefiting the economy with more workers who do not vote yet.
