The Keep and Bear Radio podcast, available on Podbean, Apple, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and other platforms, recently featured an episode with Rob Sexton. Sexton is the Legislative Affairs Director for Buckeye Firearms Association (BFA). The discussion focused on current legislative issues affecting gun rights.

In this episode titled "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," Sexton addressed several topics of interest to gun rights advocates. He highlighted a bill in Ohio aimed at restoring Second Amendment rights to nonviolent offenders as a positive development. "The Good: A bill in Ohio to restore Second Amendment rights to nonviolent offenders is on the move," he noted.

However, not all news was favorable for gun rights supporters. Sexton discussed new legislative proposals from Democrats that seek to ban certain firearms. "The Bad: Democrats have introduced multiple bills to ban AR15s and Glocks," he explained.

Additionally, Sexton criticized research linking dental hygiene issues with gun violence. "The Ugly: Anti-gun researchers try to blame poor dental hygiene on gun violence," he stated.

Listeners are encouraged to become members of the Buckeye Firearms Association and support efforts to protect their rights.
