The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Ohio has recognized Kellie Loudin from Barnesville as the 2025 Small Business Champion for the state. The award was presented by NFIB Ohio Assistant State Director Cameron Garczyk at the organization's Ohio Leadership Council meeting.

Kellie Loudin, together with her husband Sid, owns Rumer-Loudin Inc., a second-generation business that provides repair, installation, design/build heating, air conditioning, and ventilating services in the greater Ohio Valley area.

“We’re proud to name Kellie Loudin as our 2025 Small Business Champion, the highest honor NFIB has for our Ohio members that go above and beyond for NFIB and the small business community,” said Garczyk. “Kellie was an essential part of NFIB’s success in getting the 20% Small Business Deduction made permanent and communicated effectively to members of Congress why it was so important to her small business. She is a valuable member of NFIB’s Ohio Leadership Council and a true advocate for small businesses on the state and federal levels. NFIB is proud to honor her today.”

Rumer-Loudin Inc., established in 1975 by Kellie's father, has been serving the greater Ohio Valley area since its inception. Since 1989, they have also been installing geothermal systems in residential and commercial properties longer than any other HVAC contractor in the region. The company operates three locations: St. Clairsville, Barnesville, and Moundsville, WV. Kellie joined NFIB’s Leadership Council in 2021.
