The Center of Science and Industry (COSI) was named one of the best museums in the United States by Travel + Leisure, according to an announcement on Apr. 20. The magazine said COSI “makes science exciting” for visitors of all ages.
This recognition adds to a series of honors for COSI, which has been awarded the title of nation’s best science museum six times by USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The annual COSI Science Festival is scheduled from April 29 to May 2, featuring community events throughout the week and concluding with the Big Science Celebration outside the center.
Experience Columbus acts as the destination marketing organization for the Columbus region, promoting attractions like COSI, local events and lodging options in order to increase visitor spending and enhance experiences.
