Harrison home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Harrison fell by $6,900 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $127,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Harrison in February 2017.
