Deerfield Township home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Deerfield Township rose by $28,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,450 - a 12.1% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Deerfield Township in April 2017.
