9048 Ranchill Drive, Springfield Township purchased by Kelly L Tinsley

On Sept. 30, Kelly L Tinsley purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 9048 Ranchill Drive, Springfield Township from Robert Arthur Staab Jr. for $215,000.

So far in September 2021, 61 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert a Staab has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 9048 Ranchill Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan M Staab, 71, and Robert a Staab, 74.
