On Oct. 29, Timothy and Michelle Armstrong sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3843 Edison St., Uniontown to Benjamin S. and Brittany A. Riley for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $9,486.40, 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 12 properties sold in Uniontown.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michelle Bumgardner Armstrong (53) has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
