On Oct. 20, Annabella Virginia Herron sold their commercial property at 2231 Westwood Northern Blvd., Cincinnati to Michael V. Seruggs for $165,000.

This commercial property last sold for $140,000 on March 22, 2019.

So far in October 2021, 227 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 2231 Westwood Northern Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tamara N Bessey, 44, Pernell L Foster, 61, Aboudramane Diallo, 49, Alma D Rolland, 67, and Joy Renee Rolland, 46.
