On Oct. 20, James and Melissa Rupp Reist purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 279 Helen St., Cincinnati from Elizabeth L. Harrison and L Senger Lori for $155,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 31, 2011. It last sold for $17,900.

So far in October 2021, 227 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Elizabeth L Harrison has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 279 Helen St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Crystal M Tipton, 40, Elizabeth L Harrison, 44, and Louis Wright.
