The five bedroom, two bathroom home at 2119 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Oct. 20 by Anqunette Phillips for $200,000. The buyers were Alicia Gallina and William John Devore Devore IV.

This home last sold on Sept. 25, 2012 for $20,299.

So far in October 2021, 227 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Anqunett E Phillips has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2119 Burnet Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Antonio Dajuan Nelson, 23, Akelah Israel, 50, and Anqunett E Phillips, 46.
