The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 362 S. Burgess Ave., Columbus was sold on Oct. 27 by Raul Oswaldo Pareja Diaz and Silvia M Morales for $156,000. The buyers were Samantha L. Almond and Cletis C Oliver III.

This home last sold on Aug. 7, 2014 for $6,000.

So far in October 2021, 771 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 362 S. Burgess Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bret Ryan Moreno, 28, Rebecca L Groves, 30, and Sandra G Moreno, 52.
